- Merge all layers.
- Duplicate created layer.
- Apply Image>Adjustments >Equalizer to duplicated layer.
- Apply Blur Filter to this layer - around 2-3%.
- Apply Multiply Blending Mode to Blurred layer and Opacity 25%.
