- Add drop shadow effect.
- Insert image with old curled corners newspapers .
- Erase some areas.
- Create a new layer.
- Fill it with black/transparent radial gradient. Multiply Blending mode and Opacity 85%.
- Insert frame image.
- Add Inner Glow layer style effect to frame.
- Duplicate layer with frame.
- Go to Filter >Other> High Pass (1.5)
- Apply Overlay Blending Mode to it.
