- Draw the notebook shape using Pen Tool. In the Toolbox, select the Pen
Tool. Press [Shift] key while drawing to constrain the segment angle to 90°. Use rulers, choose View > Rulers. 
- Apply the following layer style effects
- Create a shadow. Duplicate previous shape and place it into the bottom layer.
- Apply warp transformation to created layer.
- Warp Mode button
in the options bar, or Edit > Transform > Warp. - Choose Inflate from the Warp Style pop‑up menu in the options bar, drag the control points, a line, or an area within the mesh to change the shape of the bounding box and mesh.
- Apply Opacity 70%, Multiply Blending Mode.
- Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (25-35).
- Choose Filter > Noise > Add Noise (12,5%, Uniform, Monochromatic)
