- Add some splotches. Fill shapes with white color in a new layer, adjust Opacity, create oval selections and remove superfluous areas.
- In order to create shadow, make oval black shape, opacity 35%.
- Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (25).
Reflection creation.
- Merge all layers.
- Duplicate created layer.
- Go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical. Move it down. Opacity 30%.
- Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (10-15).
