- Load selection for created shape, fill selection with dark color in a new layer, apply Gaussian Blur Filter and Noise effect.
- Apply Warp transformation. Cut out lateral edges.
- Move shadow shape left and down a little bit.
- Here is result.
- Make frame using preset Photoshop shape, apply the following layer style effects.
