"Photo retouching tips and tricks"

 

• Duplicate blurred layer. Apply Screen Blending Mode and Opacity 90% to it.

• Choose very large soft brush, apply following Size and Roundness settings:

• Add Layer Mask to the last blurred copy and touch it with brush in the cenral area of composition.

• To make water splashes more crispy, find the first photo layer(layer after transformation).
• Duplicate it and move created layer on the top of all other layers.
• Go to Image > Adjustments > Black and White.

• Then choose Adjustments > Levels, apply following settings:

• Apply Screen Blending Mode to "black&white" layer. Add Layer Mask.

• Fill Layer Mask with black color.

• Process bottom fountain part of Layer Mask with soft white brush. Set Opacity 45%.

• Then you may merge all layers. Apply Smart Sharpen filter to final merged layer.

• Add little Satiration effect. Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.
