• Load selection for buttons.
• Choose Select > Modify > Expand (3-4)

• Choose Navigation bar layer.
• Edit > Copy.
• Paste it in a new layer.
• Adjust Blending Options for this layer just like in the examples below.

• Font settings:

• Make a marking for the text.
