1. Open image with toys (pic.1).

2. Open dog image (pic.2).

3. Select dog’s nose (in any way that you want, I used the mask), copy and paste it into the picture with toys
(pic.3, 4).

4. Transform the nose. Edit > free transform > perspective. (pic.5).
