- Saturate lips area a little bit using Sponge
Tool.
- Duplicate background layer.
- Go to Image > Adjustments > Black and white.
- Choose Image > Adjustments >Levels. Move markers just like on the screen shot below.
- Fill inside area of the head with black color.
- Go to Channels , Ctrl + Click on Green Channel.
- Return to RGB Channel and to layers palette.
- Save selection.
- Create a new layer.
- Fill it with white color.
- Keep selection. Go to Filter Blur > Gaussian Blur (15).
- Apply Overlay Blending Mode and Opacity 60%.
- Add a lock of hair to the bang.
- Create a path using Pen Tool and Convert Point Tool.
