- Create a new layer.
- Fill hair area with any color using soft brush.
- Load selection for created shape (Ctrl+click).
- Return to face layer, copy selected area and paste it into a new layer.
- Choose Filter > Other > High Pass(3)
- Choose Overlay Blending Mode for this layer and Opacity 60%.

Create a new layer, Fill=0. Reselect hair area. Fill it with any color and apply Color Overlay layer style effect.

Duplicate the previous layer and apply the following layer style.
- Create a new layer. Darken lateral area of cheekbones, nose and chin. Adjust fill 0%.
- Apply the following layer style effect.
