- Apply Sharpen Tool to lips.
- Make eyes more expressively.
- Darken the iris and area of a pupil using Burn
Tool .
- Make patches of light more brightly using Dodge
Tool.
- Duplicate modified face layer.
- Choose Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation. Change Saturation setting just like in the example below.
- In this photo red shades are prevail.
- Choose Image > Adjustments > Channel Mixer.
- Reduce the red channel.
- To emphasize eyes, add Layer Mask and erase eyes and lips areas using soft Eraser Tool (the bottom layer is more saturation).
