- Open your photo in Photoshop.
- Duplicate background layer.
- Go to Image > Adjustments > Auto Contrast.
- Image > Adjustments > Levels. Move markers just like in the example below.
- Sharpen Image.
- Go to Filter > Sharpen > Smart sharpen.
- In order to darken top and a bottom eyelid, apply Burn
Tool.
- Extend eyelashes using Smudge
Tool.
- Apply the following adjustments to Smudge Tool.
- Apply Sharpen
Tool to front areas of skin.
