A Simple way of creating eyes in Photoshop.

• Create a circle in a new layer using Ellipse Tool. Apply the following style adjustments to this layer.

• Create a new layer. Opacity 15-20%.

Create a circle selection using Ellipse Marquee Tool.

  In the options bar, select Subtract From Selection(C) Area button and cut out top part of a circle

  Fill it with color.
