- Choose Filter >Blur > Gaussian Blur (15 - 22).
- Create a new layer.
- Set Blending Mode for layer Multiply, Opacity 72%.
- Fill layer with gradient (black/transparent)
- Add Vector Mask.
- Erase part of gradient using soft round brush.
