- Add small star to the roof (Assorted Brushes).
- Create new layer, Multiply Blending Mode, Opacity 15 - 18%.
- Fill it with linear gradient (black/transparent), Erase some light areas, using Vector mask.
- Flatten layers and adjust colors.
- Image > Adjustments > Color Balance.
- Image > Adjustments > Photo Filter.
