• Open castle or palace image in Photoshop.
• Right click on layer in layer palette, choose Layer From Background.
• Add Vector Mask.
• Remove superfluous areas using Vector mask and smooth black brush.
• Adjust colors, brightness and contrast (Image > Adjustments). Make colors colder.

• Create sky background for collage, just like in example here.
• Make more contrast colors transitions. Image > Adjustments > Curves.

• Load selection for Sky reflection layer.
• Create a new layer (Opacity 25-30%) and fill selection with white/transparent linear gradient.

• Create Rectangular using Rectangular Marquee Tool in a new layer.
• Fill it with light blue color.
• Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (30)
• Transform rectangular on vertical.
