Merge all layers of the pen.
Duplicate created layer.
Adjust Opacity for bottom layer 40%.
Choose Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical.
Move the layer down.
Go to Filter > Blur Gaussian Blur 25-30%.

Load selection into original layer.
Fill it with black color in a new layer. Opacity 30-50%.
Place created layer under original layer.
Transform it using Free Transformation.
Choose Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (35).
